華工國重 蘇仕健 Adv. Sci.:高量子產率和短壽命純有機磷光材料的開發,用于高效OLED
一、成果簡介
純有機室溫磷光材料由于具有理論上禁止自旋的三重態,通常表現出較低的磷光量子產率(?P)和較長的磷光壽命(τP)。
在此,通過引入一個給體-受體(D-A)骨架和一個phenoxaselenine給體,在非晶膜中開發了三個具有高的?P和短的τP的非芳香胺給體化合物。除了硒的重原子效應增強了自旋軌道耦合(SOC)外,促進軌道角動量變化的D-A骨架進一步增強了SOC,剛性分子結構也抑制了嚴重的非輻射能量耗散。因此,基于2-(phenoxaselenin-3-yl)-4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪(PXSeDRZ)的RTP有機發光二極管(OLED)實現了19.5%的創紀錄的高外量子效率。此外,還實現了電壓依賴的顏色可調發射和單分子白色發射。
這些結果揭示了純有機磷光材料作為高效OLED發射器的廣闊前景,特別是在潛在的迷人照明應用中。
